Hi everyone,

I’ve been talking with a few international medical graduates recently, and one big question keeps coming up: Is the MCCQE Part 1 exam really worth taking?

Some say it’s essential for moving forward with a medical career in Canada, while others feel it’s just another expensive, stressful hurdle. Personally, I think it really depends on your career goals and where you see yourself practicing.

👉 What do you all think?

  • Are you planning to take the MCCQE?

  • For those who already attempted it, was it worth it in the long run?

  • Any tips for preparation or managing stress before the exam?

Would love to hear your experiences and advice!
