Mental Health is important!

Hey guys, just a random question out of concern. How is your mental health during such tough times?


We have clearly been in our homes from the last 2 months without any contacts with the outside world and also doesn't see any scope of the lockdown been withdrawn from the next 1 month as well. It's very important for us to calm our anxieties down and take a step towards our mental wellbeing. Smiley smile

    I think one positive thing that came out of those lockdown periods was that people became more comfortable talking openly about mental health. Stress, uncertainty, and isolation affected a lot more people than many realized.

    I've also found it interesting how mindset plays a role in handling pressure, whether it's personal challenges, work, or major life events. I recently read about Evan Marks trading psychology coach , whose work focuses on performance and decision-making under stress.

    Even small habits like staying connected, exercising, or keeping a routine can make a meaningful difference.

    I think a lot of people underestimate how draining it can be trying to hold everything together emotionally while also planning major life events or dealing with family pressure. One of my friends in Florida went through a rough stretch after her engagement fell apart, and she spent weeks looking into options like psychiatrist parkland because she realized constant anxiety and burnout weren’t just going to disappear on their own. It’s honestly good seeing more people talk openly about mental health instead of pretending everything is fine all the time.

    I've been trying to stay connected with friends online, picking up new hobbies, and practicing mindfulness. Remember, it's okay to not feel okay sometimes, and seeking help is important. By the way, I'm an anxious person too, and I've found that having a 24-hour mental health hotline to call during panic attacks has been really helpful – knowing they're there to support me anytime makes a huge difference!
