So every time me and my fiance talk about a compact wedding my mother-in-law just bumps in and talks about 'big traditional' wedding. She never elopes the topic. How should we convince her on not celebrating big fat Indian wedding? 🤨

Hey, it is totally okay. I get what you guys would be feeling but parents are like that. They always want everything I will be grand and memorable Maybe she wants to seize the day with utmost happiness? But you guys can sit together and talk for good!
