Need to put on some kilos

I see everyone has been asking around to find tips and tricks to shed some kilos. Here I am willing to gain some as I am underweight Smiley tongue

Guys I have tried gyming to gain some muscles but I lack the commitment to stay on track. Any food items perhaps that'll help and do the trick? I need to put on at least 7-8kgs in 4-5 months Smiley ups

    Do what sumo wrestlers do. Eat a big bowl of rice and sleep. Do this twice a day everyday

    Download HealthifyMe (or any other calorie tracker) and get an idea of the calorie in/ out daily depending on your workouts. It will suggest the number of excess calories you need to take every day. I wanted to gain 3 kgs in 2 months - worked like a charm!

    Correctly tracking your meals is important!
