Need To Shed Some Kilos Before The D-day. Help

Can someone please share some weight loss stories, I want to reduce weight before I get married and want to know how to start? More than losing weight, I want to build a fitness routine to stay healthy!

    Do cardio for 30-60 minutes everyday (gym/ run outside). I see you are from South Delhi - There are running groups that you can join. Also, download calorie tracking app for a month e.g. Healthify - will be a wake-up call for you to understand what food groups impact you to what extent and you can modify your lifestyle based on that.

    I also had a similar concern. But, what I did wrong was, I joined the gym and lost a couple of KGs very quickly but ended up leaving it after a few weeks. So, more than losing, I ended up gaining a few extra kilos.

    My best advice to you would be that choose a fitness activity keeping in mind your schedule and stick to it if you want promising results and a healthier lifestyle.

    Well first things first, if you want a healthier lifestyle, incorporate a fitness activity in your daily routine. Maybe long walks, a quick run or effective yoga!
