Photographer not returning my calls after the event

Hi All, I found one photographers here on wedding wire there name is Gurugraphy Mixing Media. They have covered my engagement and prewed now they are not answering my calls. He said he will not cover.my wedding now. They have not given me all my pictures. I've paid half of the money also. What should I do. They don't even have a office. O request you all to please call them on my behalf and ask them to return my pictures. Theirs names.

    Okay we had a discussion yesterday. They got angry over a conversation and didn't wanted to work. But now things seems sorted. Will keep posted here.

    Don't panic! In this unprecedented times with Covid flaring up again things may not be ok at their side. Just give them a benefit of doubt.
    Meanwhile try reaching out to weddingwire admin team. Probably they must be having some contact the details of the photographer since the vendor is listed on their page. The admin team will guide you through this they are really cooperative.
