Planks are the best way to push yourselves to achieve targets!

Start with a 20 seconds plank and then keep pushing every day to reach to a 1 min or 2 mins hold time! It really trains the mind of a person to bear the pain and reach the set goal even in life!

    I started doing it a week back and I can't do it for more than 30 seconds in one go.
