My fiancé is very shy and the sweetest soul I have ever met. There was no marriage proposal in our case. We both met through an arranged setup and instantly clicked. I really want to plan something special for her this Valentine's Day and propose her with a ring. Please help me with your ideas like where I should plan and what all I can do.
