Reduce caffeine intake

I have recently started drinking Jasmine tea. The enhancing flavour of jasmine has really helped me relieve stress and also calm my anxious mind and guys trust me it is worth lowering your caffeine levels by switching over to Jasmine tea. 🤩

    Really? I have never had Jasmine Tea before. I have also heard that pink tea is very beneficial for the body. Is this true?
