Reducing salt and sugar intake!

I just read that reducing salt and sugar intake in your everyday consumption does a lot of good to your body and health! I am planning to start off with this thing from tomorrow now! Gonna reduce as much as I can!

    Less sugar intake helps in loosing weight in longer stretch! And,
    Less salt intake helps in reducing blood pressure and chances of a cardiac arrest!
