-Keep yourself warm (wear socks and cardigans)

-Drink and eat warm things (hot fluids mainly)

-Self-massage( massage your feet, ankle and abdomen with oil)

    Yeah I keep using my electric water heater
    And one thing is that when I avoid having cool things throughout the month, I end up having less cramps!

    I prefer to have hot soups and coffee and even warm milk before bed!

    And massages surely helps! Though its a little subjective! I have mentioned somethings that helps me.. might not necessarily work for everyone!

    Thanks for putting it out there! I really hurt a lot when I’m down!! And I drink a lot of cups of tea and that makes me feel so much better!
    But I’ll def try this massage thing for sure!
