Self training

I am planning a self trainng because not able to fix my gymming schedule! I am planning to warm up for 25 mins. What do you guys think?

    Consider breaking down that warm-up into different components. Spend some time on mobility exercises to loosen up your joints and muscles. Then, get into some dynamic stretches to improve flexibility.

    If you are planning to the idea of gymming then create a routine sheet and follow the same. And warm-up may include walk, running, or exercise!
