While working out, what do you guys prefer more? Yaha to skipping karke pains hojati hai 🤣

    Depends on the agenda of your workout - if you are focusing on a full body workout, skipping is good. Start slow and plan a time slot - mix your skipping with other workouts for specific problem areas in your body. You can keep increasing the time spent skipping every week because you will constantly build your stamina.
