Struggling with my Fitness routine

Let me start off by saying that it takes me an awful lot of time to commit to anything. From the past couple of weeks, I have been trying to form a routine wherein I exercise a little every day of the week and keep junk food at bay. Is there anyone out there who is struggling with the very same? I start every now and then and then lose some weight and then give up.

For al those out there who are struggling just as badly as I am, please share some tips and tricks. I really want to have a healthy routine and look my best self for my wedding.

    I agree with Roshni.

    You will struggle only the first few days, once you get yourself into the routine, you'll stop at nothing.

    Make sure you exercise indefinitely for the first 3-4 days even when your body is cracking up.

    For me its a mental thing. Just tell yourself, your brain the you shall follow a routine and that's that. You might be unwilling but then follow the contrary. If you follow it is you who shall reap the benefits
