Let me start off by saying that it takes me an awful lot of time to commit to anything. From the past couple of weeks, I have been trying to form a routine wherein I exercise a little every day of the week and keep junk food at bay. Is there anyone out there who is struggling with the very same? I start every now and then and then lose some weight and then give up.
For al those out there who are struggling just as badly as I am, please share some tips and tricks. I really want to have a healthy routine and look my best self for my wedding.
