What all points to you guys keep in mind before choosing a place for a vacation?

Are there any major points? Or you are a go-to person and can fit in, in every aspect? I love hill stations and I always prefer going on a hill station!

Personal interests matter. You need to choose the kind of experience you want.:
1. Adventurous - like place with lot of sporting activities or hiking
2. Calm and serene- private or less crowded beaches3. Weather - some love rains some love winters while others may just love springs. So location should be as per your suits. So this way it's more about your personal prefrences.
