What is that one fitness Mantra that you go by?

Its important for me to know how others think and how do they motivate themselves! What I plan to do is visualise my goal! The goal of fitness I want to reach at and this will give me enough motivation to keep at it!

    The only fitness mantra I am following is I don't eat anything after 8Pm
