What do you guys think it is? Your biggest hindrance or obstacle that keeps holding you back!? I really wish to know your challenges!!

    I can only work out well when there is equipment. I don't have anything at home and somehow it feels incomplete it workout like this!

    My hindrance is my own mindset. I mean i just quit working out after a week or so. Idk y i cnt b consistent in this. Another thing is I am bad at resisting junk food 😭

    I think my issue is that I wish to see faster and guaranteed results with the little-most effort possible! And that's what the mind block I have!
