I think cardio helps lose weight faster, however, I do both yoga, and cardio. Also, I excluded sugar, gluten, bakery products, and fried food. Except for vitamins, I take Xenical. You can buy it at any online pharmacy but make sure to consult a doctor first. All these things helped me lose 10 kg per month.
Um, there's no such thing which works better. But, it depends upon the consistency of the workout. If you are consistent with your routine then no matter what happens, nothing can stop you from shedding weight!
I have experienced cardio, and it worked really one. Never thought of Yoga, but i have heard Yoga increases the flexibility!
