Just wanted to jump in and share my two cents. For the longest time, I was all about yoga because I felt it brought a ton of benefits and I wasn't really a fan of the whole gym scene with its intense workouts and machines. I'm more of a "zen meets fitness" kind of person.

Sorry for bumping into an old conversation. Both Yoga and Gym have their own benefits. While Yoga is great for improving flexibility, balance, and mindfulness, the gym is ideal for building strength and endurance. It depends on what your fitness goals are and what you enjoy doing.

It cannot be said that yoga is better than a gym or that a gym is better than yoga. Each person chooses an activity depending on biological needs and financial capabilities. I like going to the gym more. Intense workouts allow me to relax and relieve stress. In addition, the load on the muscles allows you to increase them. Of course, you need to remember about sports nutrition. Last week I ordered a few dietary supplements from purerawz.co . At the moment, I drink protein and creatine. The most important thing is that you feel good and be healthy.

I sometimes practiced yoga, but when I started practicing in the gym, I realized that this is a great option for me. I started exercising regularly, especially when I read https://betterme.world/articles/the-6-day-workout-split/ and decided to try to last 6 days. After that, I became even more interested in sports and not a single day passes without it. I do yoga sometimes, but it happens very rarely and doesn't bring so many wonderful emotions

I really like yoga. But, unfortunately, yoga classes don't give results as quickly as strength training and cardio exercises.
