We all bring makeup products in stock and sometimes don't get to use them. Mascaras are no exception. If you have a bottle of mascara that is dry, you just need to dip the entire mascara in a cup of hot water and Viola! Your mascara will be ready to use again. It will autonomically get wet with hot water and you can get those perfect lush lashes!
