Can Arya Samaj wedding be voided before it's registered

Never thought about this. I know someone who got married through Arya Samaj as the guy had to get OCI card so the couple decided to do this kinda wedding but now they'll have a big fat indian wedding in Nov'20.

There are a couple of processes which you need to go through for availing a marriage certificate. According to the Arya Samaj rules, you get the marriage certificate the next day after you visit the court for all the Arya Samaj formalities. (Sometimes the same day too)

With all due respect to your Arya samaj traditions and the little knowledge I have about it, along with the Indian law that abides it, your marriage can be registered simply as any Indian marriage in the court of law, under a judge's jurisdiction which will also be available on the same day.

According to this, I don't think the bride and the groom or parents can do something to make the wedding void.
