I totally get your point but first? Take a deep breath!
It is hard to keep up with diet after marriage but yes nothing is impossible and you can definitely turn your routine into a healthy one. If you really wish to shred some calories then one thing which excels is a morning walk and of course truckloads of exercise.
I know it will be hard for you to join the gym, but yes you can opt for morning and evening walk but don't forget to keep up with the diet!!

Indian families are hard to deal with when it comes to healthy eating. What my experience says is,that, you fake a blood glucose problems and tell them that you need to eat carefully. They should hopefully listen if they want you to live . Rest you need to follow a healthy diet on your own or by following a dietician.
